This policy explains what information is collected, why it is used, and which product features rely on it.
This policy explains how Eventicly handles information for account holders, event hosts, invited guests, and people who contact us for support, sales, or partnerships.
When you create or use an account, we collect information needed to run the service, protect access, and maintain your workspace.
Hosts may add information about guests and households, or collect reviewable public registrations, so Eventicly can prepare Websites, send messages, collect replies, and support event-week planning.
Eventicly stores draft and published Website content, themes, media selections, visibility settings, and guest-facing analytics signals used by hosts to understand engagement.
Eventicly uses the information provided by hosts to send event communications, troubleshoot issues, and connect optional integrations such as RSVP and registration webhooks.
We use information to provide and secure Eventicly, maintain account sessions, operate invitation, RSVP, registration, Website, seating, planning, budgeting, analytics, export, and webhook workflows, send event communications, process uploads, support users, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate Eventicly.
Hosts are responsible for using guest and recipient data lawfully, including having an appropriate basis for uploading contact details and invitation email or SMS messages. Hosts should not upload unnecessary sensitive information or use Eventicly for unlawful communications.
Event, guest, RSVP, registration, invitation, planning, budgeting, media, webhook, and analytics data is retained while the related account or event workspace remains active unless deletion is requested or retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion.
Eventicly uses necessary cookies and similar storage for account access, preferences, security, and product functionality. Public invitation analytics uses first-party storage and analytics records. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored information, including access controls, abuse prevention, monitoring, and operational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to, restrict, or delete certain personal data. Contact support@eventicly.com to submit a request.
