Rules for using Eventicly

These terms describe service access, responsibilities, and usage limits.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Eventicly, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, maintaining accurate account information, and all activity that occurs through your account or workspace.

3. Host and guest data responsibilities

If you upload or manage guest, household, contact, RSVP, dietary, song request, seating, or media data, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for using that data lawfully.

4. Sending rules

You may not use Eventicly to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or unauthorized communications. You are responsible for recipient consent, message content, contact accuracy, opt-out obligations, and compliance with email, SMS, and event communication rules that apply to you.

5. Invitation pages and RSVP links

You are responsible for invitation page content, visibility choices, token RSVP links, and the guest details you publish or send. RSVP links should be treated as guest-specific access links and shared carefully.

6. Media and content rights

You retain ownership of content you submit, including event text, images, and videos, while granting Eventicly the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content as part of the service. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

7. Webhooks and integrations

If you configure RSVP webhooks or other integrations, you are responsible for endpoint security, signing secret handling, downstream processing, and any data sent to systems you control or choose.

8. Early access and package positioning

Eventicly is approaching MVP launch. Free early access and paid package descriptions may change. Published pricing pages describe launch direction and support fit, not guaranteed billing limits or permanent quotas unless separately agreed.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep Eventicly available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. Features may change, be updated, paused, or removed as the product evolves, especially during MVP and early access.

10. No payment or ticketing processing

Eventicly currently focuses on guest coordination, invitation pages, sending, RSVP tracking, seating, media, analytics, and webhooks. It does not process event payments, ticket sales, or financial transactions.

11. Intellectual property

Eventicly, its product design, software, and branding are owned by Eventicly or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership in the platform or permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventicly is provided as-is without warranties. Eventicly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for failures caused by third-party providers, user content, or integrations outside our control.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, unlawful use, abusive sending behavior, or harmful activity. You may discontinue use at any time.

14. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
