These terms describe service access, responsibilities, and usage limits.
By using Eventicly, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, maintaining accurate account information, and all activity that occurs through your account or workspace.
If you upload or manage guest, household, contact, RSVP, registration, dietary, song request, seating, note, task, budget, or media data, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for using that data lawfully.
You may not use Eventicly to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or unauthorized communications. You are responsible for recipient consent, message content, contact accuracy, opt-out obligations, and compliance with email, SMS, and event communication rules that apply to you.
You are responsible for Website content, visibility choices, guest-specific RSVP links, public registration settings, review decisions, and the guest or registrant details you publish or send. RSVP links should be shared carefully. Public registrations are intake records for host review, not automatic guest-list conversion.
You retain ownership of content you submit, including event text, images, and videos, while granting Eventicly the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content as part of the service. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
If you configure RSVP or registration webhooks, you are responsible for destination security, protection settings, downstream processing, and any data sent to systems you control or choose.
Starter is free to start. Contact-based package descriptions may change as the service evolves. Published pricing pages describe current package fit and support options, not guaranteed permanent limits, quotas, or service levels unless separately agreed.
We aim to keep Eventicly available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. Features may change, be updated, paused, or removed as the product evolves.
Eventicly currently focuses on event operations, Websites, private invitations, reviewable public registrations, guest lists, seating, notes, tasks, budgeting records, media, analytics, exports, and RSVP or registration webhooks. It does not process event payments, sell tickets, operate a marketplace, provide a CRM, or move money. Budgeting records are planning records, not financial transaction processing.
Eventicly, its product design, software, and branding are owned by Eventicly or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership in the platform or permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventicly is provided as-is without warranties. Eventicly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for failures caused by third-party providers, user content, or integrations outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, unlawful use, abusive invitation behavior, or harmful activity. You may discontinue use at any time.
We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
